The Ripon Rabbit
Located in the heart of downtown Ripon, our brewery, beer hall, and restaurant aim to offer the best in both food and drink. From artisan pizzas cooked in our own wood-fired oven (that we built ourselves!) to paninis on scratch made bread and salads sourcing local ingredients – we put as much thought and effort into our food as we do our brews. Enjoy a bite to eat and a cold pint in our beautifully restored building, complete with original tin ceilings and hardwood floors. Be sure to save room for dessert – everything is made from scratch! See for yourself. Enjoy a KBC brew at our own maple top bar, custom-made and hand-finished by a local artisan. Because artisan is all we do.
