Dr. Frank is a world-renowned physicist with 60+ peer-reviewed scientific publications and a Ph.D. in surface electroanalytical chemistry—a highly advanced discipline blending chemistry, physics, electronics, mathematics, and computing to study molecular behavior at the smallest scales.
In the 1990s, he helped establish a special school for extraordinarily gifted students near Cincinnati, Ohio, and served as Chair of the Math & Science Department for 20 years, teaching the most advanced math, science, and computer programming courses.
Since December 2020, Dr. Frank has worked relentlessly on election reform with grassroots teams in all 50 states, earning the nickname “The Johnny Appleseed of Election Integrity.” He’s met with Secretaries of State, Attorneys General, legislators, and local election officials, and has formally testified in multiple legal and legislative settings. He was also featured in Mike Lindell’s 2021 documentaries Scientific Proof and Absolute Interference after identifying algorithms allegedly used to manipulate U.S. elections.
