NOTE: I also have been asking myself throughout the day \”Am I dreaming, or awake\” and then really pondering the answer. It is quite remarkable to actually take a moment and study the moment in the moment. This is a really good exercise one that I am hoping will help me to realize I am dreaming, without waking up.

Last night I had several dreams the last dream of the night I was in New York City walking downtown Manhattan, the issue is I didn\’t realize I was dreaming until after I woke. Curious that in my dream I was asking someone where the statue of liberty was. We\’re getting closer and I\’m on my way to the crown!!
