Many Americans were willing to accept higher prices at the pump, market uncertainty, and the risks that come with military action if it meant eliminating a potential nuclear threat and improving long-term security.
But now that a peace agreement is in place, the hard questions have to be asked:
Were the objectives achieved?
Was the cost worth it?
Is the world safer today than it was before the conflict began?
