🚨 PROGRAM ALERT: TIN HAT THURSDAY GOES BACKSTAGE TONIGHT! 🚨
NO BROADCAST. NO SCRIPT. NO FILTERED CONVERSATION. JUST WE THE PEOPLE!
With the midterm elections just days away, we’re taking tonight’s Tin Hat Thursday OFF THE AIR and exclusively into the VIP Backstage Lounge!
On the heels of last night’s revelations about fabricated political polling, reports of unsolicited campaign text messages flooding voters’ phones, and a barrage of last-minute political attacks, there’s plenty to talk about!
Consider this message circulating from Building Together:
“Glenn Grothman and other Republicans are taking campaign cash from health insurance, tech, and Wall Street companies while sitting on the committees that oversee them. Brad Smith doesn’t want to let members of Congress get rich from trading stocks in those companies.“
That’s a political attack worth examining. What are the documented facts? Where is the line between legal campaign contributions and conflicts of interest? And what does any of this tell us about the character, transparency, and accountability we should expect from any of those seeking public office?
AND THAT’S JUST THE BEGINNING!
What political mudslinging are YOU seeing? Misleading polls? Anonymous text campaigns? Half-truths? Last-minute accusations? Or legitimate concerns getting buried beneath the election noise?
Tonight, the microphones are open for an informal, unscripted conversation. Bring your observations, your questions, your frustrations, and, most importantly, your common sense!
We’re not here to tell anyone how to vote. We’re here to talk about what voters deserve to know BEFORE they vote.
